What is FAF?
FAF is a gym, fitness products and a way of life.
What is in your gym?
Aside from our group classes, our boutique gym includes all necessary workout machines, weights, treadmills and equipments you will find at any other gym!
What are the membership packages?
$50/month including group classes.
Do you offer group classes?
Yes we do: Pilates, FAF Strength Training & Personal training (for those who want a 1-on-1 trainer & have specific goals/needs)
How much do you charge for classes?
Each class is 60 minutes long with a price of $40 per class or you can purchase a bulk of 12 classes for $360.
Pilates? What makes you different?
Our Reformer Pilates Classes are not repetitive and are always scientifically evolving. Our classes benefit each person individually based on their needs.
What is FAF Strength Training?
It is a full body workout using the FAF 10 Step Strength Training system. It is a deep tissue workout that lengthens and strengthens the muscle which puts you in a good neutral spine position that should help you fight against gravity. This workout helps with building your muscles. Building and strengthening your muscles is the fountain of youth. When you lose your muscles, your body will not function at 100%, you will actually lose your lymphatic system and you will lose your chi system. You need muscles to keep the lymphatic and chi system at check.
Do you have any diet plans? Do you recommend any supplements or nutrition to guarantee the maximum results?
We have our nutrition consultants that you can discuss that with and they will help you get the best results based on your workout routine and body needs.
What is the lymphatic system?
The Lymphatic System is part of our immune system. The main functions are: Tissue Drainage, Fat Transport, and Immune Responses.
Put simply: Human Body Sewage System.
Will you come out with merchandise like shirts or shoes?
Yes, we will have socks, workout shoes and other gym apparel.
FAF Treadmill Questions
How long does it take to ship?
Only 14 days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number and confirmation by email.
Are there financing options?
Yes, we are working with Flex pay and they have amazing and convenient programs especially tailored for our customers.
Are you currently running any promotions?
Currently there are no active promotions.
Do you install equipment?
No installation needed!. Just pull it down and plug it in.
Does it have streaming subscription?
There is no subscription. Connect to your WIFI and stream your way like apple computer.
Is there a fan/cooling function?
There is no fan on the treadmill.
What about a ‘cool down’ setting?
At the end of each workout program, it will cool you down.
Is there any safety features like not to fall off or sudden stop?
Yes, there is the emergency stop button on the treadmill.
What is the rubber band for and how does it work?
It is a massage built that goes around each part of your limbs and it gives you a deep massage that activates the lymphatic system and breaks down myofascial knots.
Do you offer classes using the treadmill?
No we don’t offer classes using the treadmill but there is a video you can watch on how to get the best out of the FAF treadmill.
Do you offer classes streaming while using the treadmill?
Yes there are occasional live streaming with Verol Cawley (our founder) instructing different workouts using the treadmill.
Do you ship to Denver Colorado?
Yes, we do. We will ship anywhere you are!
Shall I order online or through the phone?
Both works?
What is the return policy if I don’t like the product?
There is a return policy, you can return the product only if you notify us within 48 hours from receiving the product and you will be charged only for the shipping. You get refunded after us receiving the product without any damages.
What if there is a damage or the equipment is not performing as promised? Warranty?
There is 5-year warranty on parts.
What is the voltage required?
240 or 110.
How accurate is the calories count?
Accuracy rate is 100%.
How are the calories calculated?
Calories are calculated by how long you work out on the machine, what program you use and how long.
Are there any health risk concerns or side effects?
We strongly recommend that everybody consults with a physician before they start any kind of workout.
Is it safe for people with heart problems?
You can but you need to wear an apple device that will keep you calculated and helps you stay in your zone.
Is it possible to use the machine at your facility?
Yes, all our members have access o use the treadmill.
Do you have other distributors?
No, we sell only through our websites.
Do you provide after sales maintenance visits?
We don’t offer maintenance visits, but we recommend certain service providers.
What is the lifetime of the equipment? Is there a guarantee?
It should live for 10 years even more. And there is a 5-year warranty on parts.
Can I have my name or brand on equipment?
Yes, for bulk sales only.
Is there a bulk discount?
Absolutely, there is a discount for buying more than one piece.
What is the turnaround time from placing order to delivery?
2 to 3 weeks.
Is there a max number of units that I can purchase at once?
No max.
Does the machine require lubrication?
No.
How high of an incline is too high?
15% and and incline is too high at 205 due to the enormous damages that it might cause to the body if misused.
What is the CHP on this treadmill?
Verol will provide the answer.
Is it safe for everyday use?
Yes.
Is there a specific room or facility temperature that effects the performance of the treadmill?
No specific temperature but you can’t use it under water.
Can I connect my smartphone to it?
Yes.
Are there any anti-static features?
No.
Do I need a surge protector for my treadmill?
Yes, you should always have a surge protector for your treadmill.
Does the fold up feature have any effect on the performance?
No, it has no negative effect. The treadmill is solid as a rock.
Is the warranty transferrable?
Yes, as long as it is still in warranty period.
How much is too much tensions for the rubber band?
Too much tension is having a pick-up truck trying to pull it with a 250 HP
